A well known real estate development firm from Argentina “Consultatio” recently purchased the Bal Harbour Beach Club, at a purchase price of $220 million. You can only imagine the level of luxury this new condominium tower and Bal Harbour oceanfront property will offer.

Following the huge pre-construction success Consultatio had in 2012 with Oceana Key Biscayne (another new project in Key Biscayne) Oceana Bal Harbour should prove to be yet another addition to Miami’s affluent and ultra-luxury condominium market.
